I’ve been looking for a good clean reliable vehicle for a few months now. I’ve been watching a lady named Jenn post cars on the FB market place. I’ve always been a little sketchy about buying off of FB, but I took a chance. Jenn responded almost immediately! We messaged back and forth about a couple cars (that were gone). So I decided to take that trip to meet this “Facebook” car lady. Turns outs she’s a great sales lady. She got us a good deal on a family size vehicle, which was exactly what my family needed ! The dealership also put brand new tires on the SUV, which was FREAKING AMAZING !!! They stayed after hours to make sure all the T’s were crossed and all the I’s were dotted ! Jenn was amazing and so was the team she works with ! I read the reviews on Saylorsburg Auto before I went there. Following Jenn on Facebook is what got me there. Saw same car listed by two people on fb marketplace. Spoke with Jen confirming to meet at 6-630. Confirmed the day of and the night before. Drove to where pictures were taken and there's no dealership there. Drove to the dealer where other cars she posted was. Car wasn't there. Jen showed up at 645. Maybe she thought I would have left already bc she seemed surprised. She said the car was an employees car she would send me the info. I asked why she took pictures of multiple cars at a random empty lot when she works at the dealership and she said why not. Something I screwy with this place. The other reviews on fb marketplace sound very familiar to mine. Of course she never actually sent the info. Of course the dealership is not a BBB member. Looked at their lot while I was there can't say there's anything worth buying. Shame of a business

The best dealership I have been to, I got a really good car on the first visit. This place is a one stop shop allowing you to register the car you are buying on the same day. The dealers was were very informal on the cars I was looking at and had me drive off with a better car than I was planning to get.

The tranny went out last week in my husband‘s 94 Chevy S-10. So we decided instead of continuing to invest the money, we would just see if we could find him something newer, and bigger since he is in the concrete business. I found a 2008 Chevy Silverado at Saylorsburg Auto Sales online in our price range. After inquiring about it, Doug return my phone call. Very nice, polite to speak with and was straight up forward about all the repairs it was going to need as well as the rust. It was a trade-in and that’s why it was a cash deal. The only problem was I must’ve put in the wrong ZIP Code and to come and find out it was 155 miles away from us. So in order to secure it until we could get out there, I had to put down a deposit. But so glad I did because several people came in attempting to buy it. So today we drove almost 3 hours to get there. My husband was very happy with it so we decided to go through with the purchase. Well upon payment we found out that they only except cash or certified checks from your bank. Well, it was 11:55 AM and our bank closes at 12 on Saturdays so we hit our first hiccup in the road, but Doug was persistent that we were leaving today with that truck!!! He called several people and found another way. Unfortunately we did have to go to Giant and purchase 14 money orders but we drove off the lot with it. We made it back home and so far, so good, knock on wood!🤞 The only thing that I can say I wasn’t pleased with was it wasn’t until upon signing the paperwork did we find out that the car previously was used as a rental vehicle, an I do feel as though that should’ve been disclosed to us in the beginning! I know beggars can’t be choosers so we continued to go through with the deal an I just hope that this truck will get my husband to and from every job site for years to come. At least until we can afford to actually get him a nicer work truck. Other than that and the certified check I have no complaints!!! Actually, I do have one more, I just wish they were closer!!! Doug was great an I’m just glad my husband has something to get him to and from work come Monday!!!

3 stars because they had a decent selection. Lot was clean, plenty of vehicles to choose from. Even tho no one came out and asked if I needed help the selection was okay.

As I was heading home to Tennessee after visiting family in New York, I experienced a major vehicle malfunction and had to get off the highway to look for help. I pulled into Saylorsburg Auto Sales. The sales team there were so kind and went out of their way to help in a very difficult situation. They were quite knowledgeable and able to assist me with my vehicle. They helped me find an auto repair shop that was still open nearby and then made sure I got there safely. They went above and beyond to help in any way possible even though it was well after 5 on a Friday. What a great team! If I lived closer, I’d definitely buy a car from them. Horrible customer service. They sell cars they don't inspect themselves. We bought a car that will not even pass an inspection. They do nothing to help you after they sell you a junk car. Rusted leaking brake lines , leaking fuel tank , rusted bleeders and so on so many issues it would take all day.They don't care if the cars are safe as long as you buy them. They say they sell reliable cars at fair price. Nothing about this place is reliable or fair. If you got a decent car from here you are one of the lucky ones . I wouldn't try my luck again. I told the dealer that sold me the car that you cannot sell cars in the state of PA that is not road worthy he just laughed. Now you should ask yourself is this a place to even consider buying a vehicle.

Trying to sell “as is” cars that don’t start. Talked all day with a guy about one specific vehicle only to have the vehicle not start but making a ticking noise with no start. Plus whoever I saw in person was very condescending while talking money only to then show a complete failure of a car. Embarrassing business !
